Cheetah Telecomunications is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Sales Agent to join our on-site team in Cartagena, Colombia. The Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound cold calls and handling inbound calls, communicating with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and presenting available offers and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, presenting offers, identifying potential sales opportunities, communicating with customers, handling basic objections, following up with leads when necessary, and accurately documenting customer interactions in company systems.

The adecuado candidate is a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with excellent communication skills, a conversational level of English, and the ability to build rapport with customers.



Representatives are expected to actively promote offers and contribute to individual and team performance goals while maintaining a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:
Conversational English proficiency is required.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve performance targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and sales systems.
Ability to work on-site in Cartagena, Colombia.
Previous experience in sales, call centers, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
