Job Summary
We are looking for a high-level systems architect to own the technical engine of a growth-stage agency. We help mortgage loan officer teams scale through Meta ads, and your role is to ensure every lead is captured, tracked, and nurtured through world-class GoHighLevel builds. This is not a "ticket-taker" role; we are looking for a proactive systems-thinker who uses AI (Claude) to build faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities




End-to-End GHL Architecture: Build complete client systems from scratch, including funnels, surveys with complex conditional logic, workflows, calendars, pipelines, and custom fields.
Technical Integration & Tracking: Wire and troubleshoot Meta CAPI, lead-event mapping, form/trigger scoping, and cross-sub-account tracking.
AI-Driven Development: Operate within an AI-first workflow, utilizing Claude and Claude Code daily to build, debug, and document systems at high velocity.
Rapid Deployment: Complete new client GHL builds within 6 business hours of kickoff while maintaining an 80%+ "no-rework" quality standard.
System Optimization: Proactively transform repeat builds into scalable snapshots and SOPs. You are expected to ship at least two unprompted system improvements per month.
Queue Management: Handle daily GHL maintenance, fixes, and diagnostic requests with same-business-day resolution.
