We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Engineer to join our team. This hands-on, technical role focuses on penetration testing, threat hunting, and advanced security engineering practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems and those of our customers by identifying vulnerabilities, testing defenses, and implementing robust security solutions. Additionally, you'll support customers in achieving and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct threat hunting and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and enhance detection and response capabilities.
Deliver clear, accessible technical reports and presentations to customers, detailing findings and proposed solutions.
Design, implement, and manage SIEM and SOAR platforms for efficient threat detection and automated incident response.
Oversee Google Security Command Center and Google SecOps for integrated monitoring, threat detection, investigation, and response.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine security policies,



procedures, and playbooks.
Securely design and configure cloud environments to mitigate risk.
Ensure compliance with frameworks like HIPAA, SOC2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and GDPR,
Stay current with emerging security threats, trends, and technologies, applying insights to enhance our security posture.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST).
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in SIEM and SOAR platforms.
Proficient in security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
