We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to manage a cross-functional marketing pod, develop 360° client strategies, and ensure strong delivery across all marketing workstreams.
Position Summary
The Senior Paid Media Manager combines team management, integrated marketing strategy, and client leadership.
This person will manage a pod of marketing specialists, set the strategic direction for an assigned client portfolio, and ensure all channels and workstreams support the client’s wider business objectives.
The ideal candidate has agency experience, a broad understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to lead specialists across paid media, SEO, content, creative, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Team and Pod Leadership
Lead and manage a cross-functional pod of marketing specialists and Integral Resource Team members.




Set clear priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations across client workstreams.
Delegate execution effectively while maintaining ownership of overall strategy and delivery quality.
Organize internal alignment points to keep projects, campaigns, and deliverables on track.
Review the team’s work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with the client strategy.
Resolve blockers, manage competing priorities, and ensure commitments are delivered.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to help team members develop and perform effectively.
Integrated Marketing Strategy
Develop integrated 360° marketing strategies based on each client’s business goals, audience, market, and customer journey.
Align paid search, paid social, SEO, content, creative, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization within one cohesive strategy.
