Job Overview

Creative Designer (CD) – responsible for efficiently managing production tasks and providing essential graphic support to projects primarily in the digital domain. 1-3 years of experience required.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs for marketing campaigns, internet platforms, print materials, and other promotional materials.
- Assist with the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Create and alter graphic assets such as illustrations, icons, logos, and photographs using design software and tools.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas.




- Adapt and resize assets for various media platforms and formats.
- Manage production tasks: cleaning images, prepping files, preparing assets for delivery, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and build successful design solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and production techniques through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, content, development) to ensure design concepts align with project goals.
- Keep design assets organized and documented, including version control and archiving.
- Fast learner and apply best practices.
- Execute a variety of print and digital assets, including social media graphics, website designs, marketing collateral, and multimedia presentations.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
