Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Design & Animation
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, gameplay videos, trailers, and user acquisition creatives.
- Create compelling typography, transitions, UI animations, VFX, graphic packages, and branded motion systems.
- Produce polished animations that meet both creative and technical standards.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platform specifications.

Creative Execution
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Editors, Designers, Producers, and Game Capture Artists throughout production.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.




- Maintain strong attention to pacing, timing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.

Quality & Collaboration
- Ensure consistency across deliverables while maintaining a high level of craft.
- Review and self-QA work before delivery.
- Mentor junior artists by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback.
- Help improve workflows, templates, and production efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional Motion Graphics experience.
- Expert-level Adobe After Effects.
- Strong animation principles and motion design fundamentals.
- Excellent typography, composition, color, and layout skills.
- Advanced Adobe Premiere workflow.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and social-first content.
- Experience working in advertising agencies, production studios, or entertainment companies.
