We are seeking a Director, Decision Intelligence to establish, scale, and lead our LATAM-based Decision Intelligence team, supporting Kroll's US practice and global clients. This leader will be responsible for building a high-performing analytics and AI capability, driving innovation, delivering complex client engagements, and partnering with senior stakeholders to expand the firm's data-driven offerings.





This, being a core client facing delivery role, offers general exposure of working with other Kroll colleagues, across industries and competencies, with interesting client interactions and opportunities for medium and long term career progression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practice Leadership & Team Development
- Establish and scale Kroll's Decision Intelligence capability in LATAM, serving as the regional leader for analytics and AI delivery.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Provide technical and professional guidance to managers, consultants, and analysts.
- Drive resource planning, utilization, career development, and succession planning across the practice.
