Overview

How you'll make an impact
- Gather, review, and organize information from internal systems and stakeholders to support client and reinsurer onboarding processes.
- Conduct administrative due diligence activities,



ensuring client and market information is accurately recorded and maintained in company systems.
- Review market and carrier information to verify compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and business standards.
- Work closely with Compliance and Sanctions teams to complete required screening and approval processes.
- Monitor placement and marketing documentation, ensuring all necessary reviews, approvals, and quality checks are completed before progressing.
- Prepare reports, data analysis, and statistical information to support the placement of reinsurance programs and business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic files in accordance with Gallagher Excellence Model (GEM) standards and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with broking and operational teams to ensure policy documentation, client records, and compliance requirements are completed correctly and on time.
