Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a key portfolio within the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS), delivering payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe. Our general clients and partners deploy these solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporates, Multinationals, Treasury, and Governments.

The VCS PMO team works collaboratively with Product Development, Product Management, Operations & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Client Services,



and other enterprise teams across global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, governance, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives.

The Technical Program Manager will act as a key PMO leader responsible for driving the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs composed of multiple interdependent initiatives across product and technology teams.

This position combines program-level leadership with the ability to step into hands-on project execution when needed, ensuring continuity, momentum, and delivery under changing priorities or resource constraints.

Essential Functions:
- Lead and coordinate large-scale programs composed of multiple interdependent initiatives
