TheIT Program Manager is responsible for leading the Payroll Transformation Program across Latin America, providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight for multiple Payroll SuccessFactors implementation workstreams and country deployments. This position is accountable for program planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, business readiness, and achievement of program objectives.:
The role partners closely with Integral, Regional, and Local IT, HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and external implementation partners to successfully deliver enterprise payroll transformation initiatives that support business, operational, regulatory, and organizational goals across the region.:
