We're looking for a Copywriter / Content Marketer who is ready to elevate our brand presence by crafting high-impact copy for our social channels while seamlessly coordinating our content calendar to engage agency owners and drive growth.

The Role:
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8am-5pm Central European Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Copywriting for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Social media content calendar coordination and content tracking accuracy.
- Basic content-performance monitoring.
- Drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting.
- Content adaptation across platforms and audiences.
- Content repurposing from articles, interviews, videos, discussions, and company updates.
- Basic Canva content creation.
- AI-assisted research, ideation, drafting, and editing.




- Review and approval coordination.
- Publishing preparation and scheduling.
- Deadline management and stakeholder follow-up.
- Research into relevant trends, formats, and content opportunities.
- Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and content marketing
- Previous experience working for a marketing, creative, content, or digital agency.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Experience with founder-led content or thought leadership.
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
- Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools for marketing tasks.
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and brand consistency)
