TheIT Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic Payroll and HR technology initiatives across Latin America. This position will manage the planning, execution, and implementation of complex projects focused on payroll transformation, compliance, and operational improvement, partnering with general, regional, and local stakeholders.:
