Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of supervisor role to help grow the Medellín Office.
- Mentor and train the team, monitoring daily KPIs (response times, booking volume) to keep efficiency high.
- Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and real-time tracking, stepping in quickly to solve carrier delays or logistics issues under pressure.
- Accurately enter and manage trip-related data using our transportation reservation system.




- Input and verify information in internal databases and platforms.
- Maintain and update administrative records to ensure everything stays organized and up-to-date.
- Support the operations team with various back-office tasks.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Management experience preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English skills are required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills.

Work Environment:
- In-office position located in Medellin
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided

Compensation:
- 3'250.000 - 4'000.000 COP, depending on experience (Salary range listed does not include additional compensation based on applicable Colombian labor laws such as night/Sunday/holiday surcharges)
- Indefinite contract with full benefits
