Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to own and grow our existing client base. Your primary focus is closing — converting opportunities with current accounts into confirmed deals and repeat business. You'll manage relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and keep the revenue moving.

Some experience as a team leader, supervisor, or sales manager is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Close deals: Turn existing client relationships and inbound opportunities into confirmed sales. This is your #1 job.
- Manage accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with our current commercial and industrial clients in the U.S. market.
- Grow revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue per client.
- Learn the product: Develop solid knowledge of wire, cable, and electrical materials to lead confident, technical sales conversations.
- Hit your numbers: Consistently work toward and exceed sales KPIs and quotas. Results are how we keep score.
- Client experience: Ensure excellent service and handle client issues with professionalism and urgency.
