Main responsibilities:
- Verify eligibility and process payments based on contract terms,
ensuring accurate calculation and timely delivery of rebates and fees
- Maintain detailed contract and rebate processing logs, performing thorough validation of data for management review
- Manage contracts across various markets and business units, including commercial and medical agreements
- Communicate directly with customers regarding payments and promptly escalate issues to ensure optimal satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Contract Development, Legal, and Account teams to address customer needs
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all company policies and ethical practices
About you
- Payment processing experience in an international environment with exposure to North American ways of working, plus a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced English (spoken and written) and Spanish proficiency
