- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and comprehensive HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Oversee and coordinate payroll inputs, meticulously managing attendance, leave requests, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Actively support employee relations, including assisting with disciplinary processes, mediating conflicts, and championing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and learning initiatives to support employee development and career growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Colombian labor laws and internal company policies, acting as a key resource for employees and management on these matters.
- Prepare and deliver timely HR reports and updates to Property General Managers and the Chief People Officer, providing insights and recommendations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles.
- Experience within the hospitality or service industry is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of its unique HR demands.
- In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and employment practices is essential.
- Exceptional administrative, communication (both written and verbal), and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll systems is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English is required for effective communication with the Chief People Officer and other corporate stakeholders.
