About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Interior Design & Furnishing Coordinator to oversee the design, furnishing, and ongoing inventory management of a furnished apartment portfolio. This role will help standardize design processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all units.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external designers on new apartment setups.
- Create furnishing plans for new apartments using floorplans, measurements, and property photos.
- Re-furnish existing apartments that require upgrades or complete redesigns.
- Source and order replacement furniture, décor, and household items for damaged, worn, or outdated inventory.
- Review existing furnished units within the same community and replicate successful layouts while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain standardized furnishing packages and approved product lists.
- Research vendors including Amazon, IKEA, Wayfair, and other suppliers to identify the best combination of quality, durability, availability,



and pricing.
- Verify floorplans and measurements provided by property partners and ensure design plans are accurate before purchasing.
- Maintain organized design files, product lists, and furnishing budgets.

Qualifications
- Strong eye for interior design, furniture selection, and space planning.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and make informed design decisions.
- Experience sourcing furniture and home furnishings preferred.
- Comfortable working with floorplans, measurements, and design software.
- Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- Hospitality, short-term rental, Airbnb, multifamily housing, or furnished apartment experience.
- Experience designing rental units, vacation rentals, or corporate housing properties.
- Familiarity with Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, and similar furniture suppliers.
