As Project Manager - Sponsorships & Contributions within our Sanofi Global Services Bogota Hub, you'll manage the end-to-end process for sponsorships and charitable donations, partnering cross-functionally with business, finance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure every contribution meets Sanofi's purpose, goals, and compliance standards.

Main responsibilities:
- Serve as key system administrator and process owner for assigned business units, managing contributions end-to-end through platforms such as CyberGrants, SHIFT, and eBuy- Partner cross-functionally with legal, compliance, finance, and budget owners to obtain approvals and ensure full alignment with policies and procedures
- Manage transparency tracking, governance reporting, and data analysis, creating dashboards and ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and deliver training materials to internal audiences, supporting business units with system access, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement across the contributions process, managing system migrations and partnering with alliance partners where needed
About you
- Project management experience in an international environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
