We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our remote team. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, communicating with clients and vendors, and keeping projects on schedule.
Position Details
- 100% Remote
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
- $8.00-$10.00 USD per hour
- Paid biweekly
- Independent Contractor position

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, purchasing, real estate operations, interior design administration, or a similar field
- Professional-level spoken and written English (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience with construction software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct is a plus
- Ability to read construction plans or willingness to learn
What You'll Do
- Coordinate client selections from start to finish
- Order construction materials and issue purchase orders
- Track deliveries and maintain procurement records
- Support permitting and pre-construction documentation
- Update project schedules and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support Project Managers by identifying issues before they become problems
