Strategy Pricing & Interchange

Overview:
The Global Pricing & Interchange (P⁣) team plays a critical role in shaping Mastercard’s economic strategy and supporting profitable growth across markets. The team partners closely with regional teams and global business units to design, align, and execute pricing and interchange strategies under a consistent general framework.
The team leads high-impact initiatives that require enterprise-wide coordination, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. With visibility into some of Mastercard’s most important commercial priorities, the team influences key business decisions by driving revenue optimization, simplifying commercial constructs, enhancing customer and employee experiences, and ensuring adherence to pricing and interchange principles.
