We are an international company operating in the fashion and retail industry, with a strong presence across different markets and an extensive network of stores. We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-oriented person to join our store in Lisbon.
About The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
- Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.
- Assist with visual merchandising activities.
- Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
- Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
- Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Interest in fashion, design and product.
