We are seeking a Global Employer Brand Manager to innovate the craft of employer branding inside our growing, global company. You will lead a global team of eleven and manage an offshore team of four, pioneering within the recruitment marketing industry and shaping our activation strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Lead the integral activation strategy for employer branding, managing both the global team and an offshore team.
- Create visual content via Canva, execute recruitment campaigns, and refine the company’s Employer Value Proposition.
- Provide guidance and performance management for the Employer Brand Specialist team.
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns leveraging CRM, social media, and traditional channels to attract diverse talent pools.
- Oversee the #LifeAtGallagher employer brand presence on our brand amplification tool, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
About You
- 4‑6 years’ experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with at least 1‑2 years of team or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Canva and ability to create high‑quality visual content; basic knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
- Previous recruitment and/or sourcing experience.
- Familiarity with iCIMS, Paradox, DSMN8, The Martech, and Oktopost is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of global talent markets.
