As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. You will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. Our Solution Owners are generalists, able to adapt to new roles as required, and continuously acquire new skills.
You will thrive in this role if you have a learner’s mindset, a servant-leader mentality,



and a passion for execution. You may come from engineering, design, or project management backgrounds and will leverage your skills and experiences. A strong understanding of consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a plus, as are certifications from AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large-scale, complex delivery projects across industries & verticals in a hands-on role.
- Define and operate within an agile framework, including estimation, backlog refinement, ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrations.
- Lead discovery teams to help clients solidify vision, create future plans, and align technical resources for viable outcomes during delivery and iterative development.
- Advocate for change, embracing evolving requirements and leveraging empirical processes for continuous improvement.
