A leading and confidential multinational BPO company is seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and business-oriented Compensation & Pricing Coordinator to join our corporate team.

You will design and optimize compensation structures, pricing models, job valuation frameworks, and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Commercial teams to strengthen organizational decision-making.

Role Objective

To lead the conceptualization, design, and strategic implementation of the company’s compensation models, job evaluation processes, and client pricing structures, ensuring competitiveness, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.





Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Job Evaluation
- Develop and maintain salary structures and compensation policies.
- Conduct market analyses to maintain competitive salary ranges.
- Evaluate and classify job profiles under established methodologies.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and job architecture frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related legal requirements.

Pricing Strategy & Profitability
- Develop and adjust pricing strategies for client proposals.
- Conduct profitability and cost analyses for new and existing business.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build compensation and pricing reports using Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
