What You’ll Do

Scout & Source Talent
- Relentlessly hunt for new talent across social media (Instagram, TikTok), casting platforms, and agencies.
- Identify diverse actors, models, and UGC creators who fit the specific demographic and aesthetic needs of top DTC brands.
- Build and maintain a robust internal database of go‑to talent for quick activation.

Manage Outreach & Vetting
- Handle high‑volume outreach to potential talent, checking availability, rates, and interest.
- Conduct initial screening calls and review self‑tapes to ensure talent meets High Scale’s quality and energy standards.
