Main Responsibilities




- Monitor, maintain, and support global OT and IT network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational stability across manufacturing environments.
- Respond to service requests, incidents, outages, and operational issues within agreed service levels, coordinating with relevant teams to restore services quickly and effectively.
- Validate, test, and deploy network and security changes designed by architecture teams while minimizing operational risk.
- Support incident response and recovery activities related to cybersecurity events affecting OT and manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure network and security requirements are incorporated into operational projects and business initiatives.
