About the Role

As a Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will enable our people to do their best work by ensuring they have the tools, systems, and support they need to succeed. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives working independently. You will be the primary IT support resource within the local business, managing your workload, prioritising effectively, and delivering an excellent employee experience while partnering closely with the wider UK‑based Infrastructure team.





Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests through the helpdesk ticketing system, providing timely and professional support to employees.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for all users.
- Assist with user account administration across business systems and platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage and maintain the company asset registry, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software assets.
- Support the setup, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and meeting room technology.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining security controls and best practices across the business.
- Support the deployment and management of applications through Microsoft Intune.
