ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, and launch of products that address customer needs and deliver business value. They serve as the central point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets business goals and user expectations.
- Product Strategy:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.




- Prioritize features and functionalities based on business impact and customer needs.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Create and maintain user stories, product specifications, and technical documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing to develop launch plans and product positioning.
- Support other teams with training materials and technical answers.
- Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor product performance using key metrics (KPIs).
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate and improve the product.
- Identify risks and propose proactive solutions.
