Sobre El Rol
Responsable de asistir en la preparación y cocción de los alimentos bajo la supervisión de chefs más experimentados. Sus tareas incluyen la preparación de ingredientes, el montaje de platos y el mantenimiento de la limpieza en la cocina. También debe seguir las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
Lo Que Harás
- Asegurarse de que el lugar de trabajo y el área circundante se mantenga higiénica, limpia y organizada en todo momento.
- Realizar todas las actividades de abre y cierre de estación asignadas por el chef/check list.
- Solicitar y recoger de las bodegas de suministros las mercaderías siguiendo las normas y procedimientos de Four Seasons.
- Controlar los suministros de operación y reducir el deterioro y el desperdicio excesivo.
- Coordina el stock diario de suplementos operativos, enviando el pedido a su supervisor.
- Revisar que los insumos
