The Role of a Technical Support Engineer at Coupa
You will support enterprise customers using our cloud platform,



contributing to a integral team dedicated to exceeding expectations and fostering customer success. Your technical acumen will help provide expert guidance on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to ‘how to’ technical and configuration questions from enterprise customers
- Assist in troubleshooting first and second-level technical issues
- Collaborate with other teams, including Integration, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure customer success
- Manage customer production environments
- Create knowledge articles for our knowledge base

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge, including Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other OS
- Interest in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Shell, Python) and web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML)
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly
- Experience supporting external customers, preferably in enterprise software
