KeyMik is seeking a Sales Manager (LATAM) to lead a team of Sales Reps, BDRs and AEs responsible for outbound prospecting and closing deals with U.S. clients. The role demands C1+ English, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the sales process in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
You will own team performance, coaching, KPIs, scripts, CRM hygiene, and revenue targets, while collaborating with Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
