Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior General Accountant to join the finance team on a long-term basis. The idóneo candidate has solid experience managing the entire accounting cycle and is comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Accounting Management: Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, ledger maintenance,



and month-end closings.
- Financial Accuracy & Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions, including regular bank and account reconciliations.
- System Entry & QBO Oversight: Enter, categorize, and reconcile financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensuring timely and organized records.
- Audit-Ready Documentation: Maintain clear, well-structured documentation to support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Partner with the Senior Accounting Manager to refine and document internal accounting processes for consistency and scalability.
