Accountabilities
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns, including TikTok Shop, ad sets, and creatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and producing performance reports.




- Testing new strategies, audience segments, and creative approaches to improve results and ROI.
- Collaborating with creative teams to provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Supporting the launch, scaling, and optimization of new products and campaigns.
- Managing additional campaign‑related tasks to ensure consistent performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally on TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, performance tracking, and optimization techniques.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with audience targeting, creative testing, and scaling strategies.
