Purpose of the Job

The Continuous Improvement Analyst drives operational excellence across Finance Operations by analyzing and improving end-to-end processes, identifying root causes, and supporting transformation initiatives. This role combines data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, standardisation, and overall business performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map end-to-end Finance Operations processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis using CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and DMAIC.
- Partner with process owners and stakeholders to redesign processes, improve controls, and enhance operational performance.
- Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, including process transitions, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, training, and operational readiness activities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement and alignment.




- Collaborate with Technology and change teams to support automation and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting to measure process performance and project benefits.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and challenges.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset and support teams through coaching, training, and sharing best practices.
