About the Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, independent Business Development Representative to fuel our sales pipeline. This is a pure outbound prospecting role; not marketing, not closing. Your mission: find potential clients in the industrial cable space, spark genuine interest, qualify their needs, and hand off ready-to-close opportunities to our sales team.

You'll start with access to an internal database, but we expect you to go beyond it, researching, networking, and building your own lead sources from day one.

What You'll Own
- Outbound prospecting to industrial cable buyers via calls and written outreach
- Qualifying prospects: needs, purchasing process, timelines, and specs
- Gathering detailed product and order requirements before handoff




- Self-sourcing new leads through independent research
- Keeping a clean, updated pipeline and following up consistently
- Hitting monthly qualified‑lead targets

What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding of outbound sales and lead generation
- Strong English (written + spoken) — B2+ is a hard requirement
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be told where to look next
- Comfortable on the phone with cold and warm contacts
- Organized, detail-oriented, results-driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- USD $800–$900/month (based on experience)
- Commission plan — eligible during or after 6-month trial period
