Customer Experience Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual professional who can deliver exceptional client experiences across our medical and legal service divisions. The adecuado candidate has prior experience in a medical office, law firm, or professional service environment, and thrives on clear communication, empathy, and precision.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring that every case or appointment runs smoothly, documents are accurate, and clients feel fully supported throughout their journey.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, WhatsApp, and email).
- Manage client onboarding for medical and visa services.
- Schedule appointments with doctors, nurses, translators, and attorneys.
- Track and update client records and documentation with zero tolerance for errors.
- Follow up on test results, visa updates, and client satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure service consistency.




- Maintain confidentiality at all times and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience in medical, legal, or customer support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Patient, empathetic, and professional with diverse clients.
- Able to manage multiple requests without losing track.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
- Based in Medellín with availability for a hybrid schedule (3 days coworking / 2 days remote).

Preferred Background
- Former experience in a clinic, diagnostic lab, hospital, or law firm.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or legal document handling.
- Academic background in health sciences, psychology, administration, or related fields.
