About the Project
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition, with an initial focus on the U.S. market. You’ll identify and qualify leads, maintain a CRM database,



and collaborate with the Sales team to fuel business growth.
Required skills:
- More than 1 year of experience in lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in IT or professional services.
- Advanced English level (B2+).
- Proficiency in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Familiarity with IT industry services.

Scope of work:
- Identify and research prospective clients through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, email campaigns, etc.).
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, tracking all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
