Job Summary

The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing professional business and technology consulting services as both an individual contributor and a project team member. This role provides subject matter expertise across Finance Transformation initiatives while developing high‑quality client deliverables and supporting project execution.

Responsibilities

Business Process Assessment & Solution Design
- Provide subject matter expertise across Finance Transformation and Management Consulting engagements by identifying, developing, and delivering operational and technology solutions for clients.
- Participate in business process and operational assessments, including documenting current‑state processes, interviewing key client stakeholders, and evaluating existing operations.
- Perform business analysis to capture current‑state ("as‑is") processes, document business requirements, identify operational challenges, and assess potential risks impacting client performance.
- Research industry best practices, benchmark key performance indicators (KPIs),



and evaluate market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop future‑state ("to‑be") process designs and recommend operational improvements based on business requirements and leading practices.
- Participate in internal control assessments, process reviews, and system implementation activities, including functional design, testing, and validation.
- Support operational strategy, business requirements gathering, functional design, and technology implementation activities across client engagements.
- Partner with project leadership and client stakeholders to design and implement practical, technology‑enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
