What You’ll Do
Client–Carrier Relay: Receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what's needed, and relay it back properly formatted. Follow up on client responses after 24 hours and on underwriter responses after 48 hours.
Intake Support: Complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed are essential.
Documentation & CRM Management: Log every action—documents, communications, notes—in the CRM.
Customer Support: Monitor the inbox, respond with status updates, handle calls when needed, and flag any urgency to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal English at a B2+ level or higher.
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable working in CRMs and quick to pick up new tools.
- A real sense of urgency; you move when something is time‑sensitive.
- Proactive communicator – you voice roadblocks early.
- Experience in insurance, customer service, or operations is a plus but not required; we’ll train you.
What We Offer
Training Process
The training process lasts 9 days in total:
- 7 days of training from Monday to Friday.
- 2 additional live training days with the client for candidates who successfully pass the initial phase.
Training Compensation
- $50 000 COP per day.
- Lunch included during training days.
Final Compensation
- Salary: $2 500 000 COP + $249 095 COP legally mandated transportation allowance + overtime and additional payments.
