Our Enterprise Resource Planning platform is seeking an L2 Application Support Analyst to join our team in Colombia. In this position you will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimisation of our already implemented global financial systems (Coupa, Basware, Blackline) within the ERP Platform. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, and regional stakeholders, to ensure that the financial systems continue to support and enhance business processes across our global footprint.

What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary systems analyst for financial applications, like Coupa, within the ERP platform,



managing day‑to‑day system administration and support.
- Maintain and enforce integral design standards while supporting region‑specific needs within the established framework.
- Act as the second line of support for finance system‑related issues, escalating to the vendor, or internal global product managers and technical teams as necessary.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with security policies and global design.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration points with ERP and other third‑party systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for enhancements, ensuring alignment with global design principles.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Support testing and deployment of system updates, integrations, and configuration changes.
- Deliver training and support to end‑users to drive adoption
