Bilingual Accountant/Bookkeeper (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time, PDT/PST Office Hours

About the role
- Computing, classifying, and recording client financial transactions to ensure the accuracy of financial records for individuals and businesses.
- Performing routine financial calculations, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Discussing technical aspects of services with clients.
- Developing strong client relationships and becoming our clients' reliable point of contact.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study,



required (work experience may be substituted for education).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required).
- 2 years minimum experience using QuickBooks Online, required.
- Willingness to obtain QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor certification within the first six months of employment.
- 2 years experience in customer service.
- Experience in financial report preparation, required.
- Experience preparing Payroll Tax Forms 940 and 941, required.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
