Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Advanced English Knowledge: Upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient.
- Strong Background in Collections: Verifiable experience in collections or a related field.
- Knowledge of Collection Software Tools: Such as Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, and specialized collections software.
- Ability to Perform: Effective and professional collection calls to clients.
- Prepare Reports: From supplied data and documentation.
- Provide Timely Updates: For collection status and workload.
- Experience and Proficiency: In handling collections and using various communication tools is required.
