The VP of Finance – LATAM is responsible for leading the Finance organization across the region, providing strategic financial leadership while ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with regional and general leadership to drive sustainable growth, optimize financial performance, and support business expansion across multiple Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional Finance organization across Accounting, FP&A;, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Finance Operations and Shared Services.
- Drive the annual planning process,
budgeting, forecasting and performance management across all LATAM entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Optimize cash flow, working capital, capital allocation and liquidity management across the region.
- Partner with Commercial, Product and Operations teams to maximize profitable growth and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, corporate governance and internal control requirements.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, automation projects and continuous process improvements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulators and external advisors.
- Build, develop and mentor a high-performing regional Finance organization.
- Act as the primary Finance partner to the Global CFO and the LATAM Leadership Team.
