As a GS Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Global Services Finance operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and Accounts Payable activities. You will collaborate with teams across the United States and Canada, helping to maintain financial accuracy, support operational excellence, and deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
How you create impact
- Support General Services Finance operations by processing supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Review, validate,
and process invoices in accordance with company policies and service level agreements.
- Support Accounts Payable activities, ensuring timely invoice approvals and payment processing.
- Perform invoice and supplier account reconciliations while resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with regional teams across the United States and Canada to deliver high‑quality financial services.
What we would like you to bring
- Technical, Technologist or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance Operations or Accounts Payable, including relevant internship experience.
