5411 Hub, a specialized Executive Search, Headhunting, Recruiting, and Talent Solutions firm across the United States and Latin America, is seeking a Human Resources Analyst for a fast-growing international company with operations in the United States and Colombia.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR professional who can support Human Resources operations while contributing to an excellent employee experience. This role will be responsible for HR administration, payroll support, onboarding processes, employee records, and office operations, ensuring compliance with Colombian labor regulations and supporting the day-to-day needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for daily Human Resources operations for the Colombia-based team.
- Assist with payroll administration, employee information updates, and HR reporting.
- Ensure accurate employee records and documentation management.
- Support compliance with Colombian labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation,



equipment delivery, and system access.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth employee processes.
- Support office administration activities, including workplace supplies, equipment, internet services, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvements within Human Resources and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting payroll processes and employee administration.
- Knowledge of Colombian labor regulations.
- Experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
