The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Meta media buyer to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who loves diving into data, experimenting with strategy, and finding smart ways to scale.

What You'll Be Doing




- Launching, managing, and optimising Paid Social Ads campaigns
- Structured creative testing and reporting
- Scaling campaigns based on performance data and business goals
- Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance
- Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health
- Ensuring compliance with Meta Ads policies and ad approvals
- Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use
- Participating in internal strategy calls to provide tactical recommendations

What We're Looking For
- Someone who questions platform metrics and digs for real-world business results
- Experience with or willingness to learn unit economics and profitability analysis
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self‑directed learner who seeks help when needed
- Equipment: Computer with camera for video calls
- Someone with high attention to detail
