At ASUS, our OP Business Unit – PC Components is looking for a Key Account Manager – Retail to lead strategic customer relationships and drive business growth across Sell-In, Sell-Out and Marketing activities.
Drive the growth and profitability of key Retail accounts by connecting commercial strategy, customer insights, market trends and strong execution.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate market insights, customer needs and business targets into action.
- Lead Sell-In / Sell-Out planning, forecasting and execution.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key Retail accounts.
- Monitor sales, inventory, SKU performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead commercial, pricing, promotional and marketing activities with customers.
- Coordinate promoters, POS and MDF resources to maximize execution and ROI.
- Conduct business reviews and follow up on commercial plans, targets and action items.




- Analyze results and transform data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer and business execution.
- Previous experience as a Key Account Manager managing Retail accounts, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Technology or PC Components.
- Strong experience in Sales, Sell-In, Sell-Out and Forecasting.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills.
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Genuine passion for technology, PCs and/or gaming.
