About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced
Immigration Paralegal
with a strong background in family-based and humanitarian petitions. The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience preparing immigration forms, organizing supporting evidence, communicating with clients, and managing cases from intake through filing.
Key Responsibilities (

- Prepare and organize family-based and humanitarian immigration petitions.
- Complete USCIS forms and assemble supporting evidence.
- Draft client declarations, cover letters, and legal correspondence.
- Prepare motions and legal briefs for proceedings before EOIR and appeals before the BIA.
- Assist with ICE detention matters, bond requests, and ICE check-ins.
- Support the preparation of motions to pretermit and habeas corpus petitions.
- Communicate with clients and collect required documentation.
- Track hearings, filing deadlines, RFEs, and case updates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case files.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an immigration paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of family-based and humanitarian immigration cases.
- Experience preparing USCIS forms and complete filing packages.
- Experience with EOIR proceedings, BIA appeals, ICE detention matters, and habeas corpus petitions is a strong plus.
- Court preparation and electronic filing experience is highly preferred.
