Summary:
- The objective of the role is to serve as the right hand to the client's Director of Technology, acting as the central coordination point between the client's technology partners and internal stakeholders.
- The analyst will turn conversations into clear action plans, maintain full visibility into project status, document completed work, and ensure consistent follow-through on every commitment.
- This is a remote position (no location restriction) with an 8-hour shift schedule (Monday - Friday, 8x5) aligned with the client's business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day operational support partner for the client's Director of Technology.
- Capture decisions, action items, owners, dependencies, and due dates from meetings, emails, and working sessions.
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, status reports, and follow-up logs.
- Escalate delays, risks, or unresolved issues when appropriate.
- Act as the liaison between the client and its technology partners and vendors, ensuring requests are clearly defined and properly routed.
- Schedule meetings,



working sessions, project checkpoints, monthly reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Track vendor commitments, open requests, pending decisions, deliverables, and follow-up items through completion.
- Develop and maintain a monthly plan for the effective use of the client's contracted support-hour block, working with the client and technology partner to prioritize tasks.
- Monitor presente support-hour usage and report hours used, hours remaining, completed work, and carried-forward items.
- Create and maintain documentation of work performed by technology partners, including preparing concise meeting notes, status summaries, action-item logs, and service reports.
- Coordinate monthly service reviews and QBRs, promoting proactive communication and a consistent service experience.
