We believe that business relationships should feel like a stay at a five-star property—effortless, intuitive, and deeply personal. We are looking for a Customer Success professional who doesn’t just "manage accounts" but curates the client journey. We don't want someone who reacts to problems; we want someone who has already solved them before the client wakes up.
The Role
This is not a typical "check-the-box" CS role. We are looking for someone who has worked the front desk, the concierge desk, and the suite-level service of a high-end hotel.
You will be the single point of contact for our key accounts. Your mission is to anticipate friction, eliminate surprises, and guide our clients through their lifecycle with us with such grace that they wonder how they ever worked without you. You will leverage data (HubSpot/Sheets) to inform your intuition, and communication (Gmail) to deliver excellent service.
What You Will Do
• Proactively map out the first 90 days for new clients, identifying potential roadblocks before they appear.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure the client’s technical setup is flawless prior to their "move-in" date.
• Conduct strategic business reviews that look forward, not backward—anticipating growth needs 6 months out.
• Monitor health scores in HubSpot to identify at-risk clients and intervene with a personalized outreach strategy.
• Act as the client's internal advocate; if a client expresses a need, you are already three steps ahead in solving it.
• Manage the renewal process with the elegance of a VIP checkout—ensuring all loose ends are tied and the client is already looking forward to their next "stay."
• Identify up sell opportunities by understanding the client's unspoken business goals.
What You Bring
• The Hospitality DNA: You have 2+ years of experience in a high-end hotel, luxury resort, or premium service environment (Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Equinox, or similar). You understand the difference between "se
